Damaged or Misprinted Goods
If your order is damaged or misprinted in any way, please contact us promptly via email (email@example.com) or phone (224.456.3938) and provide photos if possible. We will happily send you a replacement item or refund your purchase if we made an error!
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
All Other Returns
Because all our products are custom printed when you order, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason except damage/misprinting once an order has been approved by you online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data and content in your order prior to submitting it. We are not responsible for any typos or inaccurate information associated with your order.
